The purpose of the Alexa R. Good ALS Foundation is to honor and glorify God by providing financial assistance and support to residents of South and North Carolina who are stricken with ALS. This assistance may include, but is not limited to, the purchase or rental of specialized equipment, care givers, and direct assistance to families.
Board of Directors
A local Board of Directors directs the work of the foundation and approves all expenditures and fund raising activities. The Board works with health care organizations such as Hospice, Community Long Term Care, SCALS Association, Carolina’s Neuromuscular/ALS-MDA Center, and Muscular Dystrophy Association.
